Welder / Fabricator (MIG / TIG)
£16 – £20 per hour
Interaction Recruitment is currently working with a client based in Peterborough who is looking to recruit an experienced Welder / Fabricator (MIG / TIG) to join their workshop team.
This role would suit a skilled welder/fabricator with experience working on fabricated components and assemblies within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
The Role:
MIG and TIG welding of mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium (depending on projects)
Fabrication and assembly of components from engineering drawings
Cutting, prepping, and finishing materials to specification
Ensuring high-quality welds and adherence to safety standards
Working as part of a skilled fabrication team
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Welder / Fabricator
Competent in MIG and TIG welding
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Good attention to detail and workmanship
Engineering or fabrication background preferred
