One of the UK's largest healthcare providers working in partnership with the NHS, whilst also operating as a private provider of healthcare services, is looking for an experienced Marketing & Performance Analyst to join this growing organisation.
Role Overview
* This is a high-impact role where you will transform complex marketing data into clear commercial insight, helping prove the value of marketing activity and supporting strategic decision-making across the business.
* You’ll connect data across platforms such as Salesforce and GA4, build robust commercial models, and provide the marketing team with the ROI intelligence needed to optimise strategy and budget allocation.
Responsibilities
* Act as the single source of truth for digital and marketing performance, turning complex data into clear commercial insight.
* Connect platforms such as Salesforce and Google Analytics GA4 to create a unified view of the customer journey from first interaction to referral and surgery.
* Deliver Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) and advanced analytics to forecast revenue and optimise marketing budgets.
* Measure marketing performance against commercial outcomes such as referrals and revenue, demonstrating true ROI.
* Build automated, self‑serve dashboards using tools such as Looker Studio, PowerBI or Tableau to provide real‑time performance insights.
* Identify underperforming channels and growth opportunities through proactive data analysis.
* Explore and implement AI and emerging analytics tools to drive innovation and commercial value.
Candidate Experience
* Experience of marketing and/or media analytics with expertise in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Salesforce reporting.
* Experience with Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) and statistical analysis.
* Experience with data visualisation tools such as Looker Studio, PowerBI or Tableau.
* Strong ability to clean, structure and analyse complex or incomplete datasets.
* Commercial understanding of P&L, CPA and Customer Lifetime Value.
