We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Support Worker to join our Wiltshire Service based in Semington Trowbridge. You will report into the Registered Manager, splitting your time between hands‑on support and leadership/administrative tasks to ensure our service runs smoothly. This is a varied and rewarding role with plenty of opportunity to make an impact.
Location: Semington, Trowbridge, Wiltshire.
Job Duties
* Support 3 female clients with learning disabilities and/or autism, ensuring safe, happy, and meaningful lives.
* Encourage independent community participation and active roles.
* Assist with activities of daily living, personal care, routines, meal planning, budgeting, and social activities.
* Communicate effectively using each client's chosen methods.
* Promote and motivate clients to enhance their quality of life.
* Provide positive behavioural support as required.
* Maintain accurate records and report changes in health or circumstances to management.
* Work as part of a team and use personal initiative when necessary.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Minimum 12 months on a right to work in the UK.
* Full UK driver’s licence.
* Level 2 in Health and Social Care; willingness to progress to Level 3.
* Experience in supporting people with learning disabilities and/or autism preferred.
