User Support Admin Assistant


Plymouth


6 Month Contract


£15 per hour via PAYE



Job Description:


We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team, focusing on a variety of operational and administrative tasks. The primary responsibility will be to monitor Jira on a regular basis, ensuring efficient management of support tickets by identifying high-priority issues, addressing general queries, and routing tickets to the appropriate teams when necessary.



Key responsibilities include managing phone calls and maintaining staff records, including updating contact details, checking system access, and managing monthly leaver and joiner lists, which currently includes addressing a backlog. You'll also be responsible for archiving authorizations, closing off timesheets, and un-scheduling jobs as required.



In addition to staff-related tasks, you'll support the R&T team by reactivating activities, updating target dates, and managing approvals related to regulatory activities. You'll also handle WI status updates, assist with time sheet support for new starters, and offer general administrative support where needed.



Part of your role will involve managing tickets related to estimating and charging that require resolution from the Connections Strategy team, as well as liaising with other internal teams to ensure issues are handled effectively. You'll also manage approval limits by coordinating with e5 support, and address any fieldwork-related errors.



The role requires an initial month of in-office work for onboarding and training, after which a hybrid working model will apply. This position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, along with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
