Kenvue is currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Partner (13-month maternity cover FTC). The role reports to the Regional Talent Acquisition Leader – Northern, Central & Eastern Europe and is located in Reading, United Kingdom (1-2 days per week). Work location is Hybrid.

What You Will Do
The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for delivering top quality talent for Kenvue. The key to success in this role will be having excellent capability in sourcing candidates directly for challenging roles and strong stakeholder management skills. You will own the hiring process from Early in Career through to Director level for key functions across Northern Europe including Sales, Marketing, Regulatory & Medical Affairs.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates for a range of experience levels
* Be seen as a role model for best practice in the People function
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition best practices
* Utilise data-driven insights to continuously improve recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience
* Establish strong partnerships with business leaders to understand long and short-term strategies
* Drive inclusive initiatives in recruitment strategies
* Enhance candidate experience by providing career coaching and acting as a trusted advisor
Required Qualifications
What we are looking for
* Demonstrated experience in a high visibility recruitment role, partnering with key business stakeholders
* Ownership of full recruitment cycle across various functions and levels
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external candidates
* Dedication to delivering on commitments
* Experience using data analytics and recruitment technology to drive decision-making and improve recruitment outcomes
Desired Qualifications
* Experience hiring hard-to-fill positions within similar functions (Sales, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs)
* Expertise in building pipelines for the above roles
* Knowledge of the FMCG/Consumer Healthcare industry would be an advantage
* Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring senior-level candidates
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external candidates
* Strong assessment and interviewing skills with expertise in selection methodologies
* Proficiency in social media and recruitment software
* Experience using metrics to assess and improve recruitment performance
