Smile Suffolk is seeking a GDC-registered Dental Nurse to join our established private practice in Ipswich. This is a full-time position combining chairside dental nursing with reception duties, making it an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys both patient interaction and clinical support.
Working as part of a close-knit team, you'll play an important role in delivering an exceptional patient experience, assisting clinicians during treatment, managing day-to-day administrative tasks, and helping ensure the smooth operation of the practice.
Hours:
* Monday: 8:45am – 5:17pm
* Tuesday: 8:00am – 5:15pm
* Thursday: 8:45am – 5:15pm
* Friday: 8:45am – 4:45pm
Smile Suffolk is a modern, fully private 5-surgery practice with an excellent reputation for patient care and clinical quality. We provide a comprehensive range of treatments and invest heavily in technology to support both our patients and clinical team.
Our facilities include CBCT imaging, intraoral scanners, laser dentistry, and microscope-assisted treatments, giving our team the opportunity to work within a progressive clinical environment.
You'll be joining a multidisciplinary team that includes specialists in oral surgery, implant dentistry and endodontics, alongside experienced hygienists and support staff. The Role
This is a varied role combining clinical nursing support with front-of-house reception duties:
* Provide chairside support across a range of treatments
* Support patient care and comfort throughout their visit
* Assist with infection control and decontamination procedures
* Help maintain smooth clinical workflow throughout the practice
* Support the reception team with patient enquiries, appointment management, and front desk duties
* Help deliver an exceptional patient experience from first contact through to completion of treatment
