Job Title: Part-Time, Payroll Administrator Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 (pro-rata)Location: West YorkshireHours: 18 – 22 hours per week (flexible)JGA are working with a manufacturing SME, seeking a experienced Part time - Payroll Administrator.Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately and efficiently manage end-to-end processing of weekly and monthly payrolls.
* Keep employee payroll records current and meticulously accurate.
* Respond to payroll-related inquiries and liaise with the HR team as needed to ensure resolution.
* Support the Finance Manager and Finance Director with payroll reporting and adherence to regulatory requirements.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in payroll administration, preferably with Sage Payroll
* Attention to detail and a strong commitment to confidentiality
* Effective communication and organizational abilities
* Capable of working independently and managing tasks efficiently within flexible working hours
