Job Description
We are looking for someone who will manage calls, emails and job allocations effectively, liaise across teams, and maintain clear and accurate records.
Through strong communication and collaboration, the Service Co-ordinator will help ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met, operational risks are minimised, and customer satisfaction is maximised.
Key Responsibilities
1. Act as the first point of contact for client calls and emails, logging and processing service requests accurately.
2. Take ownership of service requests, ensuring timely and customer-focused resolution.
3. Identify appropriate solutions and escalate issues when required.
4. Manage job allocations and coordinate activities across operational teams.
5. Maintain and update facilities management systems (e.g. Maximo) and associated records.
6. Provide professional helpdesk support and general administrative assistance.
7. Support the account delivery team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
8. Ensure compliance with company processes, procedures and client contract requirements.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
9. Previous experience in a customer service, contact centre or administrative role.
10. Proven call handling experience.
11. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes.
12. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
13. Experience of working within a team to support shared organisational goals.
14. Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to schedule and prioritise activities effectively.
