Job Description:

The NOC (Network Operations Centre) Technician will provide administrative support to the NOC engineering team, ensuring incidents are resolved following procedures and meeting contractual KPIs. The role involves working on a 24/7, 365-day shift rota.
What you’ll do:
* Handle incoming calls and emails, responding in line with KPIs.
* Create network incident tickets from customer reports.
* Action Service Requests.
* Allocate/despatch tickets to support and engineering teams, and other service providers.
* Manage Incident tickets with regular updates.
* Coordinate traffic management, liaising with providers, regional control, and field resources.
* Provide updates to customers regarding network incidents.
* Coordinate with utility companies during power loss issues.
Who you are:
Previous experience supporting Enterprise and Service Provider Networks, ideally within a NOC environment.
Key Requirements:
* Experience with 1st Line diagnostics and incident resolution.
* Strong communication skills and ability to liaise at all seniority levels.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
