Summary

Known for your exceptional organisational skills and your love of delivering first class business services support, you’ll provide a comprehensive administration service to the Wales Management Team and the Specialist Delivery Teams across Wales. This role can be done in accordance with our hybrid working guidance, working out of Dinefwr at least one day a week. As you'll be working at Dinefwr Park at least one day a week, you'll need to be based within commutable distance of the property. This will allow you to manage and facilitate the workspace and support the teams who work from there. Please be aware there may be occasions where travel may be required for a particular circumstance or meeting. What it's like to work here

You'll be part of a team that covers Wales. We're looking for someone with a strong administrative skillset, able to turn their hand to whatever comes their way. You’ll work with members of the Wales Management Team and the Specialist Delivery Teams on interesting and varied pieces of work, using your skills and expertise to support the delivery of the strategy. As well as looking after people’s calendars and logistics, you’ll be confident using a variety of IT packages to create reports, keep accurate records, and write timely and accurate internal/external communications. You'll have the ability to work with a wide range of team members and different disciplines across Wales. This is a fantastic opportunity to broaden your skillset.

As well as supporting day to day operations, you'll have the chance to support a variety of areas of work and offer your advice beyond your team. You'll always champion best practice and will be confident challenging the norm when you think there's a better way of doing something.

Who we're looking for

1. skilled at customer service and stakeholder support skills
2. able to communicate and collaborate effectively
3. experienced at maintaining records or managing information systems
4. well organised and able to prioritise workload
5. skilled at administration

6. experienced in giving business support, along with responsibility for facilities or office supervision
7. good at communicating, both in writing and speaking
8. able to work as part of a team, but also on your own initiative
