What You'll Do:
As an Ad-Hoc Field Merchandiser, you'll use your communication skills, attention to detail, and initiative to deliver excellent in-store execution. Your responsibilities include:
- Working locally, covering supermarkets and retailers within a 15-mile radius. - Ensuring products are well-stocked, visible, and correctly merchandised. - Building strong relationships with store staff and managers to secure additional displays and stock orders. - Representing brands by sharing updates on new launches, promotions, and activity. - Maintaining store standards through shelf replenishment and the installation of Point of Sale (POS) materials.

You will be successful in this role if you:
- Have a passion for delivering excellence and maintaining high standards - Thrive in fast-paced environments and remain calm under pressure. - Communicate clearly and confidently with store colleagues. - Demonstrate strong organisation, reliability, and attention to detail. - Work effectively within a wider team, particularly during larger campaigns. Previous merchandising experience is desirable but not essential. Essential Requirements: - An iOS device (iPhone or iPad with iOS 15.0 or higher). - A U.K. Driving Licence – with own car, valid MOT and insurance for business use, unless applying for a role in London where use of TfL is permitted. - Right to work in the U.K. A bit about the selection process: - Submit your application today through our website, we'll review your CV and invite you to a brief telephone interview.
