You will play a critical role in growing Assets under Custody
through new client acquisition and deepening existing relationships, while also ensuring delivery of high quality post trade services.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with custody clients, sub-custodians, and market infrastructure partners to drive business growth.
* Lead business origination efforts by identifying opportunities to expand Assets under Custody.
* Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to tailor custody solutions that meet evolving client needs.
* Act as the key liaison for client inquiries, providing expert advice and ensuring high levels of service satisfaction.
* Oversee daily operations to ensure timely, accurate trade capture, settlement, corporate actions, and client reporting, supporting client retention and trust.
* Manage compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks to protect client assets and the organization's reputation.
* Support ongoing development and refinement of custody products and services based on client feedback and market trends.
* Provide leadership and development for the custody services team, fostering a client-centric culture.
* Represent the organization as a custody product specialist in client meetings and industry forums.
Key Requirements
* Proven expertise in financial services, consistently delivering results in custody solutions and client relationship management.
* Strong network and ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders, including Board and Executive levels.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — able to influence stakeholders and articulate complex concepts clearly.
* Sound knowledge of risk and control frameworks
* Previous experience in managing or developing custody product strategy
* Professional, driven, and collaborative with a strong commercial mindset
