As a Nursery Practitioner Level 3, you will be responsible for providing high-quality early childhood education and care to children in a nurturing environment. Reporting to the Nursery Manager, you will utilise your core skills in childcare, communication, and experience with children to foster their development. Additionally, your relevant skills in English and driving may enhance your contributions to the nurseries' operations. Apart from the usual paperwork, knowledge of legislation and the EYFS, confidence, ability to be a great team player etc you MUST also have the following before applying:
· You must be able to distribute the best hugs at the drop of a hat
· Imagination is key, if a child requests you to be a captain of a pirate ship you will be the best captain you can be
· Have a brilliant memory of remembering all the names of lots of tiny people, their pets, toys and what they had for dinner last night
· Must be comfortable entering places after leaving work with unknown substances on your clothing
· Processing skills to be rapid and to be able to count the heads of numerous small moving children is essential
· You must know the magic recipe to fix all ailments
· The ability to sing in tune is not necessary, however the ability to learn all the songs from Frozen is
· To be able to eat at least 30 mud pies a day with wiggly worms in
· Be able to laugh at jokes you do not understand or find funny

Experience in the sector is necessary. Level 3 Qualification necessary.
