Role responsibilities
- Care for individuals in a flexible, person‑centred way, tailoring activities and support to each resident
- Administer medication, assist with personal care, help arrange meals and social activities; travel to appointments such as beauty salon
- Focus on tiny details that make residents unique and provide a meaningful, supportive relationship
Qualifications
- Strong background in similar care environment
- Training experience or qualification
- NVQ Level 3 education desirable
