Salary: Up to £110 per day (Depending on experience)

About the Role:
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers and SEN staff to provide high-quality support to students across various age groups. You will be instrumental in delivering tailored interventions, promoting positive behaviour, and ensuring every child feels supported and valued in their learning environment.
Key Responsibilities of Level 3 Teaching Assistant (TA):
* Deliver targeted support to individuals and small groups, adapting resources to meet diverse learning needs.
* Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging lessons and activities.
* Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to teachers.
* Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
* Support students with additional needs, including those with EHCPs.
* Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being.
Requirements for Level 3 Teaching Assistant (TA):
* Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
* Previous experience working in a primary or secondary school setting.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting students.
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Additional Requirements:
* Right to work in the UK.
* An up-to-date CV with two relevant references from the last 2 years.
* An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one through us).
