Part Time Administrator - Warwick - Managed Services

As a Part Time Administrator based in our Warwick office, you will play a crucial role in our business. You will be responsible for:

* Supporting the Managed Services central team through the update and upkeep of multiple systems

* Creating and maintaining content for our Social Media channels and website

* Maintaining high levels of customer service whilst dealing with internal and external customers

* Gathering information for statistical analysis.

* Maintain and control the COSHH portal for our customers.

* Provide support and assistance for van stock solutions.

* I provide back up on reporting and other tasks where required.

This role is part time 25 hours a week, Monday Friday between 07.00am - 5.00pm. We offer hybrid working which enables you to work from home 2 days a week.

And heres what wed like you to have:

* Confidence working with and interpreting numerical and written information

* Ability to analyse data from a variety of sources to find patterns and relationships between pieces of information

* IT Literate in Word and Excel

* Confidence in providing advice and assistance to customers over the phone

* Ability to work as a team, and offer support where needed.
