My client is looking for customer service professionals to be the first point of contact, providing an excellent customer experience at all times.
You will be responsible for offering proactive solutions for any issues or concerns that the customer might face following a purchase.
Excellent customer service experience is a must for this role, with empathetic listening skills.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30
Main Duties:
* Providing excellent customer experiences at all times
* Understanding customer requirements and taking appropriate actions to resolve issues
* Verifying and updating customer information on a CRM system
* Proactively offering solutions to customer issues
* Escalating to the 2nd line case management team when appropriate
* Owning the customer experience and following through
* Working with a high degree of accuracy
Required Skills & Experience:
* Willingness to learn new systems and procedures
* Computer literacy, preferably with internet and email usage knowledge
* Strong listening and communication skills to resolve queries promptly
* Enthusiastic with a positive attitude
* Strong organizational skills
* Flexible and resilient
