This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead therapy services for Acute Medicine, Frailty, and Admission avoidance, supporting ongoing transformation.
You will be supported by the senior leadership team and have opportunities for professional development. Your responsibilities include leading therapy delivery across Trust sites, working closely with Clinical Leads, and driving clinical excellence and a supportive culture.
Main duties of the job
As the Therapy Service Lead, you will:
* Lead the delivery of therapy services across Trust sites.
* Manage therapy teams in Acute Medicine and Frailty services.
* Collaborate with senior therapy leadership to provide cohesive services.
* Implement innovative service models with stakeholders.
* Participate in service delivery meetings.
* Supervise clinical lead therapists.
* Ensure high standards of clinical governance and best practice.
* Promote continuous improvement using data.
