Are you an experienced Quality Engineer seeking a new challenge within an award winning manufacturer?
Join a market leader, based near the Warwick area, who manufacture bespoke automation machinery used within a range of sectors. They are passionate and dynamic, leading the drive for cutting edge technology within their market. This business has developed a culture that prides itself in being friendly, ambitious and boasting good length of tenure throughout the team. As Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the QMS, acting as the main contact point for audits, and driving continuous improvement activities with the manufacturing team to ensure quality standards are achieved throughout.
Salary & Benefits:

C£45,000 + multiple additional bonuses.
* 36 days annual leave (including bank holidays) + the opportunity to purchase an additional 5 days.
* 7.5% pension.
* WFH / Work From Home flexibility, in addition to flexible working hours. 9 day fortnight pattern is available.

The Quality Engineer job would suit:

A driven Quality Engineer who is capable of driving continuous operational improvement and maintaining the high-quality standards throughout the business.
*
Someone who has worked within regulated processes, an automotive or aerospace background would be of interest.
*
Understanding of ISO9001.
*
Strong attention to detail and data driven. Someone who can perform root cause analysis and find solutions that can then be implemented throughout the manufacturing process.
The Quality Engineer job involves:
*
Managing the Quality Management System and ensuring it is maintained to the required standards.
*
Lead the collection, monitoring and analysis of quality performance indicators using quality standards and tools in place to evaluate the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.
*
Conduct routine quality reviews, process audits and spot checks of all business and operational processes.
*
Quality review and approval of all technical documents to ensure requirements are met.
*
Lead investigations to identify root causes of non-conformances, defects and customer complaints.
*
Mentoring and developing a Quality Apprentice within the team.
