* Providing all round administrative and customer service support in busy office
* Answering incoming telephone calls and liaising extensively with clients
* Managing bookings received from clients and inputting details on computer system
* Allocating work to be completed to a team of qualified technicians field based
* Managing technicians diary schedules making best use of their time available
* Costing jobs that have been completed and raising invoices for clients
