Year 5 Teacher – The Role
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 national curriculum
* Support pupils in developing core skills across literacy, numeracy, and wider curriculum subjects
* Create a focused, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
* Monitor, assess, and track pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs
* Build strong relationships with parents and carers to support pupil achievement
* Work collaboratively with colleagues across Upper KS2
Year 5 Teacher – The School

Year 5 Teacher – Key Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum
* Experience teaching in Upper KS2 (preferred but not essential for ECTs)
* A proactive, organised, and engaging teaching style
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
