Head Office, Newry, but also occasional travel to Dublin.
In this role, you will create engaging and effective design solutions across both print and digital platforms. From marketing campaigns and promotional materials to in-branch signage and digital content, your work will play a key role in strengthening brand recognition and supporting marketing initiatives across the group.
You will work closely with the marketing team to deliver high-quality creative assets that support commercial campaigns, enhance the customer experience, and ensure brand consistency across multiple brands within the group.
Responsibilities
* Designing high-quality creative assets across both print and digital platforms
* Developing marketing materials including brochures, promotional campaigns, social media content, signage, and in-store displays
* Supporting marketing campaigns and events with engaging and effective visual design
* Ensuring all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity
* Collaborating closely with the wider marketing team to deliver creative solutions that support business objectives
* Managing multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
* Preparing artwork for print and liaising with print suppliers when required
* Supporting the development and evolution of brand assets across the group
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a graphic design role
* Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and commercial design work
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)
* Strong creative ability with excellent attention to detail
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects/brands simultaneously
* Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team environment
* Good understanding of the print production process
* Excellent understanding of digital design principles and user-friendly layouts
