We’re looking for a sales-driven Junior Account Manager to join our growing team. This is a full-time, on-site, Monday to Friday position designed for individuals who enjoy working with customers, supporting active client accounts, and developing the skills needed to progress into senior account and client leadership roles.
You’ll work closely with customers and internal teams to support multiple client campaigns, ensure high standards of delivery, and contribute directly to sales performance and account growth. As you develop, you’ll take on greater ownership of accounts, responsibilities, and revenue targets.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting and managing customer accounts and ongoing sales campaigns
* Building strong, professional relationships with customers
* Acting as a key point of contact for day-to-day client communication
* Identifying opportunities to grow accounts and increase performance
* Ensuring campaigns meet targets and customer expectations
* Working towards individual and account-based sales objectives
* Supporting senior Account Managers with account strategy and delivery
