Contract Duration: 3 months
Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week
Days of Work: Monday – Friday
Work Format: Fully office based
Hourly Rate: £12.60ph
Duties:
1. Responding to calls and emails into the departments
2. Ordering stationery and consumables for all of the companies departments
3. Preparing PPE for operatives and staff members
4. Raising PO’s when required on the inhouse system
5. Ensuring goods are receipted and invoices are correct
6. Updating records and carrying out extensive data entry
7. Assisting with other administration duties
Experience:
For this role you must have proven office-based experience, be a strong administrator with clear and confident communication skills. You’ll need to be computer literate and know your way around MS Office, have excellent attention to detail and be a team player.
