We are looking for an HR Partner to join a great, growing organisation on a full-time, permanent basis, supporting a site in Warwick. This role of HR Partner is truly generalist, whereby you will partner with senior stakeholders, managing a variety of projects and initiatives.

The HR Partner key responsibilities will include:
* Day-to-day generalist role partnering with Managers and other senior stakeholders in the business, providing HR advice
* Working with the HR Director and wider HR team to deliver the company-wide HR strategy.
* Supporting the business with the development and delivery of projects including system upgrades, process improvements and more!
* Influence the development and implementation of HR policies and processes to ensure they meet the needs of the business
* Drive engagement and performance across the site - driving a forward-thinking, diverse, and inclusive culture
* Case management - advising & supporting grievance/ performance/ disciplinary/ absence associated matters, coaching and developing stakeholders in the process
