* Corporate end‑to‑end supply chain strategy covering footprint, cost‑to‑serve, network, logistics, core operations (including manufacturing engineering and product development), with resilience and sustainability considerations

Your Key Responsibilities
As an Assistant Director you will advise clients across a variety of sectors, supporting key decision makers in developing and implementing supply chain‑led value creation strategies in both corporate and deal environments.
You will lead project delivery teams, working with senior client stakeholders within tight timeframes for some of EY’s most demanding clients, producing clear, executive‑ready reports and recommendations.
Owning supply chain and procurement workstreams end‑to‑end, you will translate operational insights into clear financial outcomes (EBITDA, cash, CAPEX, risk).
Assist in new business development by supporting pitches and preparing compelling go‑to‑market collateral, and shape the Supply Chain value proposition within Operational Strategy, contributing to thought leadership and practice growth.
Build and maintain internal and external relationships, coach junior team members, and play a leading role in practical efforts to grow the practice.

* Specialisation in at least three of: professional services/consulting; operational strategy (cost transformation, turnaround, restructuring); functional supply chain strategy (cost reduction, planning, inventory, manufacturing efficiency, logistics optimisation); transaction value creation (integration, separation, TSA); strong analytical skills linking operations to financial statements
Additional Desired Experience
* Building relationships with senior clients and influencing decision makers
* Supporting sales and business development in large‑scale consulting environments
* Track record of successful project delivery with responsibility for managing teams and vendors
* Strong written and verbal communication, producing high‑calibre reports, papers, and presentations
