You’ll be looking after everyone’s safety, ensuring your areas of responsibility are safe and clean. You’ll also be answering guests’ questions and 'mucking in’ when you need to.
One more thing…holidays happen at holiday times, so you will need to work your magic on weekends and bank holidays too.
Skills, experience, and qualities you will need:
There’s plenty of training, but what we require you to already have:
14. Strong communication skills and experience in a guest facing environment.
15. A friendly, calm, and approachable nature with the ability to act quickly and effectively.
