As a 92º Barista // Shift Runner, you take ownership of our store from the moment you walk through the door. You have a good eye for detail and like to understand the "why's" behind what we do. You are engaging and approachable. Naturally sharing your knowledge and experience whilst refining your skills. You set the pulse of the brand in-store, ensuring an awesome experience for everyone who crosses the threshold. You see the opportunity the day brings and you guide your teammates to ensure success, always working to achieve the company's vision whilst representing its values.
Core responsibilities:
* Oversee completion of all on-shift checks and paperwork
* Implement company deployment and service standards
* Curate a warm and welcoming atmosphere
* Support colleagues & collaborate as part of a team
* Order and receive stock and deliveries, processing invoices if required
* Ensure stock is rotated (FIFO) and well merchandised
* Oversee completion of daily cleaning rota tasks
* Attend, and when needed lead, team meetings and events
* Make confident recommendations and suggest complementary products
* Process transactions via the ePos system
* Arrive punctually and prepared for your shift
