Job Description:
As a Customer Care Returns Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding support and assistance. Your responsibilities will include:
§ Managing inbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
§ Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues through email correspondence.
§ Handling customer refunds in accordance with company policies.
§ Engaging with customers via live chat to provide real-time assistance.
§ Collaborating with chat bots to streamline customer support processes.
§ Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
§ Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
Qualifications:
§ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
§ Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
§ Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus.
§ Familiarity with chat bots and live chat platforms is advantageous.
§ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
§ Flexibility to work one Saturday shift per week.
