We are delighted to be working with a luxury boutique hotel set in a stunning country estate in the Cotswolds. They are now looking for an experienced Breakfast Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the breakfast service, ensuring an exceptional guest experience every morning.
You'll lead a dedicated team, manage daily operations, and ensure the highest standards of service and quality, all while contributing to the hotel's welcoming and refined atmosphere.

* £31,500 per annum plus £2,000 to £3,000 service charge
* Working 45 hours per week – 7am to 4pm

Responsibilities as the Breakfast Manager…
* Leading and managing the breakfast service, ensuring smooth and efficient operations while maintaining high service standards.
* Supervising, training, and motivating the breakfast team, ensuring they deliver a seamless, guest-focused experience.
* Monitoring and managing stock levels, ordering supplies as needed to maintain quality and consistency in service.
* Ensuring all health and safety, hygiene, and food safety standards are adhered to, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for both guests and staff.
* Collaborating with the F&B Manager to develop seasonal menus and special offerings, tailoring the breakfast experience to the hotel's guests.
