We are actively seeking a Part Time Payroll Assistant for a highly reputable company on the outskirts of Macclesfield.
The hours of work are 21 per week, which can be flexible to suit the candidate!

The main duties include:
\t
* Prepare monthly payroll template for submission to outsourced payroll provider
\t
* Support HR with obtaining missing payroll information or documents from employees
\t
* Calculate and administer annual employee allowances and reconciliation of monthly payments through payroll
\t
* Calculate tax and national insurance where needed and submit to payroll provider
\t
* Calculation of monthly pension contributions for UK employees
\t
* Administration of pension schemes including notifications of new starters and leavers
\t
* Liaise with accounts payable to set up monthly bank payments of employees' net pay, taxes, pensions and other payroll benefits as required
Our client is looking for a candidate who has:

* Payroll experience
\t
* Experience of manual payroll calculations
\t
* Good Excel skills, including v lookups
