We are recruiting a relationship‑driven sales professional to join our team as a Regional Sales Manager. Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, you will manage this high‑performing patch, maintaining and developing strong relationships with key merchants, contractors and supply‑chain partners to drive sales growth.
What are the mission‑critical skills?
* Proven track record in sales with strong commercial experience managing multiple stakeholders, including builders' merchants, specifiers and contractors.
* Exceptional relationship‑building skills to continue engagement and sales growth.
* Strategic thinking with a solutions‑based mindset, capable of identifying new opportunities and fostering growth.
* Knowledge of procurement routes and the ability to negotiate using technical information and product specifications.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills, able to influence and engage both internally and externally.
* Experience/knowledge of our Water Management product range would be a distinct advantage.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in both commercial processes and administration.
* A customer‑centric mindset, ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction.
