About the Role
Were looking for a motivated Driver Trainer to join our team in Manchester. In this vital role, youll deliver high-quality training to drivers, loaders, operatives and supervisors across recycling and waste management contracts. Youll ensure operational teams have the skills, knowledge and confidence they need to work safely and effectively every day.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Support
* Support depots in achieving Vehicle Gate Check, Crew Monitoring and Route Risk Assessment targets.
* Mentor staff to correct unsafe or non-compliant behaviours.
* Escalate significant vehicle condition or cleanliness issues to the Business Manager.
Training Delivery
* Deliver high-quality training in line with internal training standards and contract requirements.
* Adapt training content to the needs of different contracts and operational teams.
