Warehouse Operative – Sutton Coldfield
People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Warehouse & Production Operative to join our well-established client based in Curdworth, Sutton Coldfield. This position is ideal for applicants looking for a role as a Picker Packer, Order Picker or Warehouse Assistant.
Shifts: Monday to Friday
* AM - 5.30am - 1.00pm
* PM - 1.00pm - 9.30pm
* NIGHTS - 9.30pm - 5.30am
Pay rate: £12.71 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties
As a Warehouse Operative/Production Operative your duties will include (but are not limited to):
* Supporting manufacturing processes within a busy production environment
* Operating the Counterbalance FLT safely and effectively
* Moving materials, loading and unloading goods, and feeding production lines
* Cleaning of crates
* Loading of Crates onto Production Line
* Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work area
* Working closely with colleagues across manufacturing and warehouse teams
Essential Skills
To be successful as a Warehouse Operative/Production you will need:
• Experience within manufacturing and/or warehousing
• Confident using hand tools and related equipment
• Reliable, hard-working, and a strong team player
• Able to follow instructions and work safely
