Part-Time Outbound Calling / Phone Sales Operative Location: Castle Donington (office-based) Hours: Weekdays, 10:00am - 3:00pm Rate: £14 per hour We're looking for a motivated and confident phone sales operative to join our clients team in Castle Donington and help expand their client base. This is an office-based, part-time role, perfect for someone looking for structured hours and the opportunity to develop skills in sales and business communication. Our client works with businesses rather than end-users, helping them showcase products and services in a professional and eye-catching way. Role Overview Make outbound calls to potential business customers from a provided list. Gauge interest in our display solutions and assess suitability for our products. Collect and verify key contact information including the ideal contact name and email address. Update our CRM/database with accurate contact details and call notes. Send initial information emails to prospective clients. Pass on qualified leads to our field sales team for follow-up and closure. Occasionally follow up on leads or respond to basic queries by phone or email. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach scripts, reporting, and efficiency. Skills & Attributes Confident and professional on the phone, with excellent communication skills. Organised and detail-oriented, able to manage databases accurately. Target-driven, motivated to meet and exceed outreach goals. IT literate, comfortable with CRM systems, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Friendly and persuasive, able to build rapport quickly with business contacts. Able to work independently but also collaborate effectively with a small team. Previous experience in telemarketing, B2B sales, or customer service is desirable but not essential. Training provided to help you succeed in the role.
