As a Senior Performance Engineer, you will be working as part of Global Commerce Central test team. You will be responsible for coordinating performance testing activities, acting as a single point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring seamless collaboration across various teams. This role requires strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills alongside technical expertise.
What you'll do
1. Strong stakeholder management skills, including ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical and technical audiences.
2. Taking ownership of NFR, requirement analysis and finalisation and driving non-functional initiatives like Chaos testing
3. Detailed results analysis including application monitoring, identify Performance bottlenecks and recommend/implement improvements or performance optimisation.
