WHO ARE WE?
The Gold Studios Group is hiring a New Talent Intern to join The Gold Arena Agency team to directly assist our agents in finding the newest & biggest talent in the digital sports, gaming & gambling space.
We represent a fast-growing roster of creators and we’re looking for someone with a tenacious mentality to be responsible for scouting & signing new digital talent to our roster.
COMPANY OVERVIEW:
The Gold Studios is a leading digital entertainment agency representing the next generation entertainers. Specifically at The Gold Arena we’re all about digital sports, gaming & entertainment, across all social media platforms.
YOUR ROLE:
• Talent Scouting: Proactively discover and approach emerging digital creators who could be a strong fit for The Gold Arena
• Industry Networking: Grow relationships with creators, channels, digital networks, platforms, producers, festivals, venues, and media contacts relevant to digital
• Admin Assistance: General help on contracts, marketing, content marketing.
WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:
• Knowledge of the digital sports & gaming landscape and a genuine passion for the field (necessity).
• Excellent communication and people skills - able to manage approach and communicate with talent with ease and clarity (necessity)
• Experience of working with talent (highly desirable).
• Strong interest in entertainment, social media and the creator economy.
• Deep understanding of YouTube, TikTok, and the creator economy.
• Hunger to make a direct impact to one of the fastest growing agencies in the UK
• strong industry connections (desirable)

WHAT WE OFFER:
• Rolling 4 week paid internship (option to extend at end of each month)
• Option to extend to a full-time position based on performance
