Alongside their core advisory, retail agency and investment work, they have built deep expertise in the sale of long-leasehold and mixed-use investment assets. Their established relationships with specialist purchasers and investors give them exceptional insight into the market and its drivers. Because they manage both the occupational marketing and the investment disposal, they understand how occupiers, values and deal structures interact, giving buyers and sellers greater confidence throughout the process.
They have also launched a residential investment arm focused on acquiring and selling blocks of residential units. This division leverages long-standing relationships, providing wider market coverage and a growing pipeline of opportunities across London and the Southeast.
The Role – A One-of-a-Kind Opportunity
This is a rare opportunity to take the reins of an established London agency practice and make it your own. We are seeking a successor to lead the Retail and Leisure team, someone with the drive, acumen and leadership to shape the next chapter of growth.
 * Work closely with the Founder initially, gaining a deep understanding of the business, client base and strategic approach.
 * Progressively assume full responsibility for the agency practice, developing its focus, structure and delivery model.
 * Lead and mentor a junior team member, supported by a capable remote back-office team, with scope to grow the team further as the business expands.
This role offers a direct pathway to partnership, with performance-linked equity opportunities that grow in line with results and business performance.
Core Responsibilities
Transactions
 * Market and dispose of high-profile retail, leisure, F&B and workspace opportunities across London.
 * Deliver both leasing and investment sales, leasing up vacant space and selling investments with the occupational knowledge that specialist buyers value.
 * Manage client relationships where assets are sold either fully let or in shell and core condition, depending on strategy.
 * Lead new business generation and secure fresh instructions.
 * Manage acquisitions and new store searches for operators ranging from independents to international brands.
Advisory
 * Provide development consultancy on major mixed-use regeneration projects, including advice on ERVs, tenant mix, local market dynamics, pipeline and value creation.
 * Support clients with commercial input at all stages of planning, design and delivery.
Leadership
 * Transition alongside the Founder into full leadership of the agency practice.
 * Drive business development, secure new mandates and expand the client base.
 * Manage and grow the existing junior and remote support team.
 * Build and mentor a future agency team under your leadership.
 * Play an active role in the company’s strategic direction and long-term growth plan.
Who We’re Looking For
 * Established agency professional with a proven background in London’s retail, leisure or mixed-use markets and the ambition to lead and grow a practice.
 * Strong knowledge of London’s sub-markets and regeneration landscape.
 * Proven track record in leasing, sales or acquisitions.
 * Commercially astute, strategic and results-focused.
 * Natural leader with confidence to manage and motivate a team.
 * Excellent communicator and relationship builder across both operator and institutional client audiences.
 * Entrepreneurial mindset with initiative, creativity and commercial flair.
