Job Description EduTalent Group are delighted to be recruiting for a committed and enthusiastic Therapy Assistant to join a specialist school in Maidstone. This full-time permanent role offers the chance to work closely with children with special educational needs (SEN) to support their learning, care, and development. As the Therapy Assistant, you will work under the guidance of the Therapy Lead and alongside the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver interventions and activities that support pupils’ individual Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) outcomes. You will play a key role in helping learners develop independence, confidence, and skills for daily life.
