Sous Chef
Location: Near Blackfriars Station
Monday to Friday
40 hours per week
£18.10 per hour
7:00am start, with occasional earlier starts
Some evening flexibility required
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sous Chef to join our kitchen team located close to Blackfriars Station. The role is Monday to Friday with a regular 7:00am start, though earlier starts may be required from time to time. While core hours are daytime, some flexibility for occasional evening work is also essential.

What We Are Looking For:
Previous experience in a Sous Chef or senior kitchen role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to maintain high food standards and kitchen hygiene
Reliability, creativity and a positive attitude
