Regional Sales Manager UK (m/f/d)

The Regional Sales Manager UK PCMO at Motul Deutschland GmbH, based in United Kingdom is responsible to generate new customers for Motul´s importers, build direct relationships with them and grow the Motul brand share in their Automotive, HD & associated Markets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Understand the full scope of the UK & Ireland market and contribute to shaping the automotive sales strategy.
* Collaborate closely with the Country Manager to create, implement, and refine go-to-market plans.
* Provide actionable feedback from the field to improve strategy and drive results.
Sales Execution & Growth:
* Actively hunt for new business opportunities, proactively expanding Motul’s presence in both established and emerging sectors, including NTR, additives and Motul concepts.
* Foster and manage strong relationships with key customers, including importers ensuring alignment with Motul’s strategic goals.
* Influence and support the indirect sales network—including Sales Directors, BDMs, and Regional Sales teams—guiding and motivating them to deliver results.
* Drive the launch and growth of new product ranges and increase market shares.
Market Engagement & Competitor Analysis:
* Maintain an active presence in the market, identifying trends, monitoring competitor pricing, and seeking new opportunities for growth.
* Support trade fairs, agency contracts, sponsorships, and key industry events to elevate Motul’s brand presence
Insight-Driven Sales:
* Analyze sales data to monitor performance and produce reports, providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement and growth.
Operational Excellence:
* Prioritise and organise workload effectively to balance strategic objectives with day-to-day sales activities.
* Be proactive, not reactive—this role requires initiative and ownership to drive success.
* Travel across the UK & Ireland as needed to maintain strong customer and market engagement.
Your Profile:
* Proven sales experience in the UK automotive/aftermarket sector, preferably with exposure to distributor or importer networks.
* A hunter mentality—driven, proactive, and with a natural hunger for growth and results.
* Strategic thinker and doer—able to shape strategy, influence others, and deliver on goals.
* Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills with both external partners and internal teams.
* Strong organisational and prioritisation skills to manage multiple projects and opportunities.
* Knowledge of the oil or lubricant sector is advantageous.
* Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience (flexible based on demonstrated ability).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); familiarity with CRM systems is a plus but not mandatory.
* Full driving licence (B) and ability to travel as required.
* Ideally based in South UK
