Role & Responsibilities
6. Prepare, cook and present dishes within your designated kitchen section to the highest standard.
7. Maintain quality, portion control, presentation, ingredient provenance and waste control.
8. Assist with stock control, ordering and ensure kitchen hygiene, safety and cleanliness.
9. Work collaboratively with Head Chef and brigade to deliver service across lunch and dinner.
10. Be flexible and hands-on and maintain consistency and creativity under pressure.
We’re looking for someone who:
11. Has previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie in a fine dining/brasserie or luxury hotel kitchen.
12. Has a strong approach to detail, presentation and high culinary standards.
13. Can work confidently during service and manage a section in a busy kitchen.
14. Is organised, motivated, and keen to grow within a premium hospitality organisation.
