Job Title: Field Service Engineer
Location: Worcester & surrounding areas, UK (Home-Based)
Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 DOE

Chappell Enterprises UK are recruiting for a Field Service Engineer on behalf of our client, a leader in the Arboricultural and Groundcare industry. Want a new challenge in a growing sector, this role could be your perfect fit!
What You’ll Do:
1. Inspect and diagnose equipment, identifying faults and potential problems.
2. Repair and maintain equipment such as wood chippers, stump grinders, compact loaders, and tractors.
3. Troubleshoot issues with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
4. Keep digital records of maintenance and repairs using the latest technology.
5. Work independently to manage your own tasks and collaborate with clients to provide expert advice.
Who We’re Looking For:
6. Experience with groundcare, arboricultural, or similar machinery.
7. Skills in diagnosing and fixing mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical systems.
8. A practical, hands-on approach with great attention to detail.
9. Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
10. A valid UK driver’s license and willingness to travel to client locations.
