Monday to Friday 8:00am 4:00pm Salary: £23,500 £25,000 per annum (Grade 3 equivalent, depending on experience)
We are currently recruiting for a bright, professional and highly personable Receptionist to join a well-established specialist organisation.
This front-facing role requires an individual who can provide a warm and professional first impression whilst supporting the smooth operation of a busy administration environment.
The successful candidate will be confident managing reception duties, communication and general administration whilst maintaining exceptional customer service standards at all times.
Key Responsibilities: Welcoming visitors and managing front-of-house presentation
Handling incoming calls, emails and enquiries
Supporting the administration and operations team
Coordinating appointments and visitor procedures
Maintaining organised reception and office systems
Communicating professionally with staff and external visitors
Candidate Requirements: Previous receptionist or customer-facing experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional and well-presented approach
Strong organisational and IT skills
Calm, approachable and proactive personality
Experience within education, hospitality, healthcare or professional services advantageous
