The role:
To advise and assist clients with legal problems relating to a broad spectrum of commercial litigation cases ranging from shareholder disputes to franchise disputes. The work comes from the firm’s range of SME clients, larger clients under tender, and legal expense insurers.

4. Complex shareholder disputes,

With significant technology investment you will carry out your role backed by the latest case management software, up-to-date technology and will receive administrative support.
In this role you will be working closing with and will receive support from the department manager/partner for the commercial litigation and dispute resolution team.
You:
Our ideal candidate will be;
10. Degree and LPC level qualified
11. A Qualified solicitor
12. Have previous experience of commercial litigation law
