The purpose of the role is to:
To work with the Customer Service team managing calls and emails from Customers, Clients and GP’s. To ensure information is taken correctly and entered on to computer systems safely and securely.
Duties will include:
· Data Entry using computer systems
· Call handling
· Managing emails and queries effectively
· Assisting management with office admin tasks
· Supporting data protection procedures
The hours of work:
· 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday-Friday
