EAL Teaching Assistant – The Role
* Based in Manchester (M9)
* Paid £450 – £475 per week during term time with FREE online CPD courses
* Monday to Friday role based in one secondary school
* Working hours: 08.30am – 16:00pm
* Work with EAL students across the secondary curriculum
* Promote inclusion for designated students
* Invaluable classroom experience opportunity
* Identify and prevent barriers to student progress

EAL Teaching Assistant – Person Specification
* 2:1 degree or above
* Strong academic background
* Passion for education and raising aspirations
* Mentoring experience is desirable
* Able to use initiative to work independently
* Creative learning approach as an EAL Teaching Assistant
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
