SHCCJM Responsibilities Provide 1-2-1 support to a child with Complex Care needs. Work closely with the Nurse Manager Team to provide quality care to a paediatric client. Commit to a regular working pattern and collaborate with Care Coordinators for effective care delivery. Build rapport with clients and families, working within the family home to achieve individual goals. Potential for growth and development into a supervisor or management role. Requirements Right to work in the UK. Commitment to 2 regular shifts per week. Ability to fit seamlessly into the school setting. UK driving license and access to own vehicle. Compassion, confidence, and a gentle caring nature. Experience in delivering care to complex clients, preferably in the community.
