Responsibilities: * Prepare and review monthly management accounts, budgets, and forecasts * Analyse financial performance and provide commentary on variances to budget and forecast * Ensure timely and accurate completion of month-end processes * Liaise with internal stakeholders to provide financial information and analysis * Assist with the preparation of annual statutory accounts and tax returns * Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations * Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency * Support the Finance Manager with ad hoc projects and analysis as required.
