This is a hands-on role which is as much about building relationships with colleagues as it is about successfully preparing and presenting financial information. Using your excellent interpersonal skills, youll provide guidance and support to Property Care Budget Managers to enable effective financial management. Youll use your financial management, planning and budgetary control skills to provide high quality, timely financial management information and ensure comprehensive financial controls are applied within Property Care. Your ability to analyse complex data and to deliver this information in an accessible way will be essential to present effective financial analysis, allowing our Property Care team to understand its relative financial performance to demonstrate value for money. With a proven track record of delivering effective financial business partnering and knowledge of housing association finance and regulations, youll be a qualified accountant with excellent IT skills. Youll have the ability to lead, motivate and inspire in line with their values and culture with the ability to plan, prioritise and organise effectively to meet changing needs.
